The hotel staff was very kind and made our stay great. The room was big, with a king size bed and lots of space. Complimentary Wi-Fi was available during our stay.

Bed was hard but aceptible. No sink in breakfast area. Laminant flooring in room had raised areas(trip hazard).

The location was awesome, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby, which was a big bonus. Our room was super relaxing and spacious, with plenty of room to move around. The free Wi-Fi was a nice touch. we had a really great experience here! 🌟

The lady who was working the continental breakfast was rude..she started cleaning and putting everything away 15min before the actual time it ended.

Great location with free parking close to a major intersection and train tracks. Exceptionally comfortable beds. Sufficient space and free WiFi provided.

The concierge was friendly and helpful
The location is very noisy, and the Wi-Fi was completely unreliable. I finally gave up trying to access the Internet, which was very inconvenient for me as a business traveler.

Beds were comfortable, sheets clean and toilet/shower area as well. Free Breakfast had pretty good variety...including fruit, yogurt ,juice, waffles & oatmeal. Elevator to 2nd floor, but not after 1am.
Ran out of parking so had to go back to office and he allowed me to park in no parking painted area. Also Fridge had been unplugged so couldn't store leftover dinner. Shampoo/soap in dispensers, not bars.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room was reasonably large. They provided plenty of great choices for breakfast. The setting was quite favorable and absolutely perfect. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Heritage in El Monte. The bed was so comfortable, and the room was spacious and cozy. I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast options they offered. The location was great, easy to reach and in a nice area close to Executive Lines Inc.

Breakfast was disgusting Jacuzzi didn't work they turn into a kids pool wi-Fi was horrible and the elevator wasn't working
